NDIS
We are a registered provider of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services in the Dapto and Wollongong area. We are equipped to manage a broad range of disability intervention through Physiotherapy (Core Supports and Capacity Building Supports) and Exercise Physiology (Improved Daily Living Skills and Improved Health and Wellbeing). A registered provider means we have met all the strict government guidelines and can deliver Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services for individuals who are NDIA managed (agency managed), plan managed (Plan manager assists with managing your funds) and self managed.
We work with you to ensure we help you achieve your goals listed on your NDIS plan. We are able to provide you with home or school visits if needed otherwise our clinic is a fully equipped gym to ensure you have access to the resources needed to engage in physical therapy.
DVA
Our therapists are registered DVA service providers. Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists have a crucial role in ensuring our veterans maintain and improve their functional capacity.
Our treatment goals normally aims to:
- Reduce pain
- Decrease stiffness
- Improve lung and cardiac function
- Improve mobility and flexibility
- Increase functional capacity and strength.
These goals are generally achieved through these treatment techniques:
- Prescription of an exercise program specific to treatment goals
- Soft tissue release through massage and dry needling
- Airway clearance techniques to decrease risk of respiratory infections and to improve lung function
- Prescription of aids and appliances to improve activities of daily living (ADLs).
Who qualifies for this?
A General Practitioner (GP) and specialist can refer you to Physiotherapy and/or Exercise Physiology where there is a clear clinical need and treatment goal and holds a Veteran Gold Card or a Veteran White Card.

Frequently Asked Questions
We have 2 dedicated parking spots in the trade centre carpark. Otherwise there are plenty of unmarked spots in the centre or there are on street parking options.
We operate hydrotherapy at McKeon’s Swim Centre in Unanderra which is approximately 10 minutes away from the clinic.
Referrals are not necessary for private consults and can still access private health fund rebates on the spot. However if you need to access services under Medicare, DVA or Worker’s Compensation you will be required to provide a GP referral and other associated paperwork to be seen under that payment method.
Wear something that is comfortable and has easy access to the region you need treated. We aim to ensure you are always comfortable and we can provide you with a gown and other garments to assist with effective assessment and treatment. If you are participating in a group exercise class, wear comfortable and lightweight attire, closed in shoes and don’t forget a towel and drink bottle.
Other than yourself, please feel free to bring any scans or documentation that you believe may assist us in the management of your injury or condition. It is also recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any required forms.
We are registered as a covidsafe business and follow social distancing and hand hygiene measures. Our clinical staff wear face masks to ensure we do our part to prevent the spread in our community. Whilst it is not mandatory, we have face masks for you to wear during your visit with us. We strongly encourage you to wear one if you are considered high risk.
