Would you like to access our health services online?

Don’t let social distancing stop you from reaching your health goals. We have the perfect solution for you… Telehealth!
As effective as face to face
Research has demonstrated that Telehealth can be just as effective as face to face. The clinician can still provide a thorough assessment, diagnosis and treatment and give you a strong sense of self efficacy which empowers you to take your health in your own hands.
Be treated anywhere
Telehealth consultations can be done anywhere that has access to the internet. If internet is unavailable a phone consult can be arranged instead.
If you’re unwell and/or in self isolation, you can still continue to get ongoing support so your progress is not disrupted in any way.
Take Control of your own health
Just remember you’re not alone. We will help you every step of the way. We will provide you with the tools to manage your symptoms and get you moving towards your health goals.
If you would like to find out more or would like to see if Telehealth is appropriate for you please call our friendly team. Bookings can be made online or via phone.
