Looking for a local Physio in Dapto?

Physiotherapists are like the dentists of the body in that sometimes a little pain is needed to fix the problem. Physiotherapists take a holistic approach to treat your injury and improve your athletic performance. We take a detailed history, perform a physical examination and then provide you with a treatment plan that will not only address your symptoms but fix the root cause of your concern.
Physiotherapists use a range of treatments including the mobilisation or manipulation of joints, soft tissue massage, dry needling, electrotherapy and exercise to reduce pain, restore function and improve your quality of life. Our aim is to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals by ensuring you understand your diagnosis and empower you by arming you with knowledge and a clear management plan.
